Due to the nature of the products, used candles cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Please note we do not offer refunds on "change of mind" purchases.
If you are not happy with your purchase we accept all returns that are full priced and will be issued as Store Credit. Store Credits expire after 12 months.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from date of purchase with the subject line "Return (order number)".
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
1. Orders must be returned to me within 14 days from date of purchase (as indicated on your order). Returns will not be accepted after this period.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the candles must be unburnt, containing all packaging and have no stains or marks.
3. No returns or exchange for items purchased using a credit note and sale items, as well as gift cards.
4. Store credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
5. The customer must cover for the cost of the return shipping. HAZE will not be held responsible for packages that are lost and cannot be traced with a tracking number.
In the event that an item is returned in a condition not satisfied by our criteria above, we will have to send it back to you.
We would be more than happy to replace or refund any candles damaged in transit. If your candle/s was damaged during transit please email email@example.com with proof of damage within 48hours of receiving your package.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 24hours.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Each and every item is handmade at Haze and can carry minor imperfections that can vary from the website images. It is the nature of the product and cannot be deemed a fault. This doesn't in anyway shape or form affect the performance of the product
