Shipping and Returns
Shipping & processing Information
- Please allow 2-3 days for all orders to be processed and shipped out.
- All purchases made on the weekend or public holiday will be processed the next working day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch email.
- Standard 1 shipping is for orders of 1 candle.
- Standard 2 shipping is for orders of 2 or more candles.
- Free shipping is for orders over €100.
Delivery times are 1- 3 working days.
I charge a flat rate of €26 for all orders within Europe.
Delivery times are 7-10 working days.
Due to the nature of the products, used candles cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Please note we do not offer refunds on "change of mind" purchases.
If you are not happy with your purchase we accept all returns that are full priced and will be issued as Store Credit. Store Credits expire after 12 months.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com within 14 days from date of purchase with the subject line "Return (order number)".
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
1. Orders must be returned to me within 14 days from date of purchase (as indicated on your order). Returns will not be accepted after this period.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the candles must be unburnt, containing all packaging and have no stains or marks.
3. No returns or exchange for items purchased using a credit note and sale items, as well as gift cards.
4. Store credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
5. The customer must cover for the cost of the return shipping. HAZE will not be held responsible for packages that are lost and cannot be traced with a tracking number.
In the event that an item is returned in a condition not satisfied by our criteria above, we will have to send it back to you.
